Easy to install and fixed my HP T120
When my HP T120 gave an error message, I thought I would need to take the printer to a shop for repair, which is no easy or convenient task considering the heavy weight of the printer. Fortunately I found this printhead replacement recommended on a Youtube review video. Don't bother trying to clean or fix a used printhead. This HP replacement is easy to install and will fix the dirty printhead problem. After a five minute installation, the error message was gone and the printer I bought from Amazon way back in April 2017, is again running smoothly.

HP quality is the way to go
I’ve been needing a new printhead for a long time. I tried some of the other off brands. They did not work. It’s well worth the price.

Excellent. Easy replacement.
Although the print head costs almost half as much as the printer, it was very easy to replace and rejuvenated an old work horse. Back in play.

So Expensive, But it works so I can't really complain
This is list price, and it's more of a complaint of HP jacking up prices than a complaint about this specific product.

Fits and Works
Plotters are expensive Items, so when mine started acting up, it looked like I needed a new plotter. An HP tech told me it was probably the print head. Over 240 dollars seemed like a lot of money, especially with having to buy new ink at the over $30.00 each also. The new print head only comes with starter ink. You would think for the price, you would actually get true full ink cartridges. Long story short, I followed the directions for the easy install and my problem was solved. Have to admit, it was cheaper than having to buy a new plotter at over 700 dollars. But over 240 dollars plus a little over 100 dollars for new ink is pretty close to a new plotter cost. Fit perfectly and works without flaw though.

Quick and easy installation!
I was advised by the tech that worked on my HP Designjet T520 to have a spare set of print heads on hand after a tuneup he did on my five year old printer, so I purchased this guy a couple of weeks ago. I'd had issues with the black cartridge leaking all over the place and having to remove the old print head and clean it up twice. So the third time I just swapped it out with the new one. It's a very simple process and easy for anyone to do. You apparently have to have all new ink cartridges when you replace the print heads, hence the higher cost of the entire assembly. I am very happy with the entire process and the print quality since the swap.

Disappointed
I replaced the printhead with the new printhead and installed all the new cartridges and the printer is saying that the new cartridges don't have enough ink in them.
