Too small
This product is a really good quality for its price.i was really disappointed when it arrived and tried to put it on i found it too small for a product that have no sizes to choose from.with this size it would just fit barely girls with no problems with weight or waist size. Not at all recommended for any one with a waist size more that 50 cm

The quality is amazing, considering the price, I was surprised. I used to use waist trainers that cost me close to$150 and I found this waist trainer to be just as good as those. Let it remind you the reason you're wearing it- you're getting a better body and it's a useful too, it does make your waist smaller of course but it can help you with your posture, overeating and it keeps your fitness on your mind. Wear it all day but not when you exercise or sleep. To everyone who is looking for a waist trainer just always believe that you are a gorgeous woman inside and out and don't stop believing in yourself.

Everyone should own this bra!
This is such a comfortable bra! I have fibromyalgia and some bras really irritate me and this one is a keeper. I have such a hard time finding a bra that is going to be supportive and cute, this one is both! Im 5"3 and a 34 DD. This i have had this bra on over 10 hrs and worked out in it. I have no digging in on straps or the sides. It doesn't have irritating scratchy fabric. The band at the bottom kept sweat from dripping during my workout. After i took it off i didnt have red digging marks anywhere. It was surprisingly supportive. I ordered a Medium after reading about 10 reviews. Im super please with this bra. The inserts aren't an odd shape and dont give an awkward look to my boobs. I usually throw all bra inserts away but these i dont mind. Well worth my money!
