I get a new YOUMAKER case every time I change phone, this is the third one I have had now and wouldn't consider another case. I know they are durable and have protected my phones on many occasions where lesser cases would have left my phone damaged. I was a little cautious this time around because of the fingerprint sensor being on the screen and not on the back as with previous phones I have had, but after following the instructions supplied with the case, it 100% works. I did have to re-scan my fingerprints after the case had been applied, but once that was done, it works like a charm! I have also tested wireless charging and this too works as it should. One thing to note: there is a VERY subtle film over the phone screen that comes with the phone when it's new, I don't know if this has caused problems for others but make sure you check for it and remove it before applying the case as it may cause problems picking up your fingerprints, but if you do that and follow the instructions, the case works flawlessly.

The case itself is quite sturdy however it does have a few flaws.The stand "breaks" (as in comes out of its clips) easily. It can be put back in when it falls out but it can be quite difficult to do.The fingerprint sensor worked for me, at least until liquid got underneath the screen protector and I had to take the protector off, which made the fingerprint sticker come off and get dirty. Without the sticker, fingerprints don't work at all, which sucks because fingerprint scanner makes life so much easier.The screen protector itself is also... Quite frankly terrible. It hasn't smashed or anything, but the fact that I've only had the case for a week and its already smothered to the brim with scratches just from being in my pocket its quite embarrassing and doesn't fill me with much hope of actually protecting the screen from smashes. Luckily the phone's screen itself is really strong. Went without a protector since it was released and only have one scratch in the corner, which this case hides anyway.Might just rip the protector off, cause other than that, case it pretty great.

I purchased this case for my Samsung Note 20 Ultra. I have to say I am very impressed with the purchase. The case is good quality and does protect your phone all round with adding too much bulk!I also followed the instructions on how to install the case and my fingerprint works!!! Takes a it of patience and dedication but it's all worth it at the end.One thing I noticed is that once you install the case, you have to wait for upto 30-60 minutes for the screen to fully sit and adjust itself properly.Overall I'm impressed!

The case is great but the fingerprint recognition and the front cover is very cheap and plastic. Doesnt attach to the screen and barely recognises the print. Sad but true. Had a lot of expectations of this case.

The shell of the case seems to be robust and offer good protection. I am a builder and my phone has been knocked a few times and all seems well. The screen protector is a bit weak. it has scratched very badly (to the point that I have to change it cause I can't see the screen). This is from my normal working day which my previous Samsung with a tempered glass screen protector dealt with absolutely fine. The forward camera cut out hole also allows dust to get in between the screen protector and the screen. The finger print scanner was very hit and miss from the get go and stopped recognition of finger prints altogether with in a few days. Lastly there is no provision for the rear camera to be protected so I had to buy a separate tempered glass protector for that.I must say that in most industries this case would be fine but if you are in dusty environments such as construction, mechanics or engineering then you may have to think twice.

I was sceptical that the fingerprint unlock would work with this case having a built in screen protector.Before installing the case I removed my registered fingerprints from the phone. I followed the clear instructions for fitting the case, ensuring the phone screen and inside the case remained clean.Once installed I re-registered my fingerprint and the unlock works well.If anything the screen appears to be more responsive with this protector than the old stick on type I was using.The case feels sturdy and I have no concerns with it. Recommended product.

This case is infinitely more stable when standing in portrait than competitors - most notable the Unicorn beetle case which I bought because I didn't want a built in screen protector and it came without. However it rocked everywhere in portrait mode with the stand and would fall over easily. This case is much more stable and the built in plastic screen protector is easy to remove so you can use with your own screen protector.Fantastic case. Highly recommended

I love this case. I've been using Youmaker case since I've had my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and fell in love with it. The case saved my phone NUMEROUS times! Particularly with the Note 20 Ultra model, the case fits very snugly in its place even WITH a glass screen protector installed! I think the sticky circle for the fingerprint reader portion of the phone/case helps with the stability of the case fitting. HOWEVER, with the glass protector AND the Youmaker creating about 0.4mm thickness on top of its original screen interferes with the fingerprint reading, making it obsolete. Yeah, I CANNOT use the fingerprint reader right now even with the TOUCH SENSITIVITY activated, but I'm OK with that. Yeah, I now have 2 circles over the fingerprint reader sensor (doesn't really bother me), as if it's emphasizing where the sensor is... even when it doesn't work. I have not tried the fingerprint reader without the glass screen protector as I didn't want to sacrifice a perfectly good protector for the sake of testing. I'm not running a YouTube channel, you know?1. The front is protected by a thin plastic that covers the entire screen, held by a sturdy plastic frame, just like the previous ones. I've installed an extra glass screen protector and the case fits perfectly over it, with no noticeable space/air pocket (with the older cases, they created a very small but tactile space between the plastic and the screen when I used glass screen protectors)2. The front cover acts as the locking slots for the rear cover3. The rear cover is plastic with hard rubber (polyurethane or whatever) that provides excellent protection.4. The back of the rear cover has a kickstand, which is useful but not the strongest. It's held by 4 tiny pegs at its corners. It can pop out without breaking, then you can place it back in but if you break one (or more) of the pegs, the kickstand will no longer function as intended. If you're the sole user of the phone, it'll probably last a while, provided that you're cognizant of is strength and functions. I have kids who are constantly on my phone (even with their tablets), who like to play with the kickstand (because it snaps in and out of its place) so it's usually the first part that breaks.The case fits perfectly witan extra glass screen protector. I would HIGHLY recommend you getting one for extra protection, as the plastic won't really protect your screen from a bad drop, BEFORE you install this case due to the fingerprint reader "circles". And yeah, its a beautiful case. Looks just like pictured.Yes, it'll add to the overall thickness of the phone by nearly double its thinnest part (but not by much from its thickest, given that Note 20 Ultra and many other newer phones have the camera portion already sticking out about ½ the phone's thickness), it's really not that much. I'm willing to accept that for the protection of my phone. My wife says it makes it look like I didn't even get a new phone as it looks the same as my old Note 9 case, but that's OK. I know it'll protect my phone and that's all it matters. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Finger print works perfect...I was sceptical at first. Just make sure once you stick the front screen to your phone, dont try to move around or worse try to remove screen to align. Put pressure immediately on the round finger print sensor..you should notice it stick to your phones sensor... also make sure it is free from dirt and dust. Feels solid and sturdy..I already had a couple of drops..no problem here. However, the stand could have been better..made of plastic. Overall, its worth what i paid for. I'm on my second case now. Really works as described. Just be careful of the plastic stand, it was the first to get broken.

Lo tengo desde Diciembre 2021, no tengo queja alguna.Parece robusto, y lo es.Se ha caído dos veces al piso, y en la segunda, el cerquillo interior, se ha partido por dos esquinas, el terminal, sin daño alguno, por lo que cumple su cometido.Otra cosa cosa, es que ese cerquillo, sea tan frágil.Aún así, lo recomiendo..
