Buen producto para la salud

After my bowel surgery, I have to take a laxative daily to prevent constipation. I used to take another laxative which gave me abdominal cramps so my surgeon advised me to switch to Miralax. I've been on it for more than 2 weeks now, taking it religiously before bedtime. I'm now regular with results occurring 8-12 hours after my dose. The Miralax cap serves as a measuring devise for the 17 gram dose after which I mix it (see photos) with 8 oz cold water. I drink this while watching tv and before I know it, it's done. Miralax is a mixture of a stool softener and a mild laxative so it has a double action. It works well with me without abdominal cramping. This is also doctor recommended and so far, it works.
