This works better than Fleschmans yeast. I keep it in the fridge door and works well with cinnamon rolls and breads too.

Quality Product for Bakers
Works a bit slower than fast rising by other brands but it is a great value. It doesn’t require activation like standard yeasts and can be added straight into batters often.

Great yeast!
Have used this yeast twice now, just my opnion, much better that Fleshmans etc. I used it in a bread machine along with my sourdough starter and my wife loved the "very light" bread it resulted in.
