I have to keep trying to find the right one
Didn't work for my IBS-D. As a matter of fact - caused my symptoms to get much worse. I have stopped taking it for a while to just make sure... and then today, minutes after I took it - several trips to the bathroom, 4 pills of immodium...I've read on probiotics and it sounds like there is a right type of bacteria for every condition. I wish manufacturers didn't generalize it, but clearly stated on their labels what every particular probiotic is best for. It would help a lot to find right probiotic for your condition much faster without wasting so much money. I guess my search is not over yet, I just have to try and try until I find the right one.
