I'm 5"10 175 pounds and Large was perfect for me, so i guess you'll be ok with XXL

I am 6 foot all and 235 lbs. My waist is 44". The 2xl fits me fine. If your waist is like 46", I'd try the 3xl. Hope that helps. Coat is warm and well made.
