Also ich hatte schon die diversesten Backformen aus allen möglich Materialien, aber diese Form schlägt alles!Man muss wirklich nichts fetten, mehlen oder mit irgendwelchen "Trennmitteln" arbeiten. An der Form will einfach nichts anbacken!Ich habe bestimmt schon locker über 30 Brote aus verschiedensten Teigen gebacken - Form umdrehen, Brot fällt raus - alles lecker!Von daher fehlt auf dem Foto auch schon der eine Brotkanten. Ich musste ihn einfach schon wegfuttern, frisch gebacken, noch warm, mit Gänseschmalz und Sauermilchkäse... Hmmm...

An excellent bread Tin
I've been using this tin for a few months now and it's perfect for my sourdough recipe, using 500g flour, 230g starter, 210g tepid pre-boiled water, 6g salt and 4g sugar. A perfect loaf that drops right out each time after a 33-minute bake. I also add an inch of boiling water into a tray below the loaf in the over to give it steam and help it rise. I don't use the lid but it's there if I every need a really square loaf. I do give the tin a light spray of oil first.Enjoy, Paul :-)

Clean as a whistle baking .
Best loaf tin ever , no greasing , loaf just fell out . Perfect fit with 500grm. Wright's bread mix multi seed. No cleaning tin whistle clean !!

Fantastic puchase
Bought this as an additional baking pan because of family size and it has become the favourite bread pan at home because of its excellent functioning. Heat is obviously well distributed as the bread comes out perfect all round.
