This works perfect in my Mercedes C Class 2017 model. Took around 1 and 1/2 hours to fit from start to finish. The instructions are fairly clear but scan the QR code in the instructions for a clear method. The only thing I forgot was the fibre optic cables and when I WhatsApp the seller the response was very quick unlike any I've had in the past with an Amazon seller. Really friendly and clear instructions on how to fix. The unit works really well and connects wireless to my phone automatically everytime I start the car. The OEM radio still works but I doubt I'll be using that much anymore.Overall if your looking for one of these for aftermarket Android Auto or Apple Carplay I'd fully recommend 👍

The Mercedes in car system has got progressively worse over the years. The maps are useless and radio is a joke taking 20 to 30 seconds to respond when changing station. Thanks to this system I'm now able to listen to prime music and use google maps, Google assistant and make calls within a sensible time frame. Worth every penny, and the support is fantastic (via whats app)

Looks like I've now got to take car to a garage to remove battery faults on dash since fitting the carplay

I bought this on the basis that reviews weren’t great & that as I bought it on prime I could return if it did not work properly. I installed in a Merc 250 GLC 2018 with Audio 20 factory audio. Install is very easy in this car but the item was let down by a major flaw. It all works apart from when you try any audio input from the microphone, sir voice gets added to all inputs. It’s as though the microphone turns on before the Siri announcement has finished. For example, if you try to send a message, you press the message button & Siri asks “what do you want to say”, if you reply “just saying hello”, the message that gets input is “what do you want to say just saying hello”. This makes it totally unusable in my car. You can’t add any destinations in to sat nav via microphone as they are garbage inputs. Not sure if this is just an issue with my car compatibility but I tried messaging the manufacturers (Chinese) who could not help. They struggle to understand English & after sending a video of the issue, still didn’t seem to understand or maybe there reply is nonsense due to the language barrier. It’s a shame as quality of sound & video was good. Hope this helps guys. Btw, the instructions are clear as it’s super easy to install. There are lots of microphone setting under audio which are not covered in the instructions. I tried every permutation of these but it still did not work. I asked the manufacturers about setting but was offered no advice in this respect or any option if software update. The only way I got a workaround was to turn the volume right down but then you can’t hear the voice prompts. Unusable in my car I’m afraid.

I bought this CarPlay items and it’s working in good way. But it’s take a lots of time to get what you want, plus you really need to contact the seller to resolve some issues that you might have. Otherwise I’m happy with CarPlay decorder.

Purchased this item for a 2016 GLC220d, took about 30 minutes to fit, but I was being extra careful, didn’t want to damage anything. The instructions are ok but better to watch one of the videos on YouTube before installing it, there are a few in English which I found helpful, the one recommended in the instructions is in Chinese. Very pleased with the product, I’m using CarPlay and my son tells me it’s pretty much like an OEM version. Gave in 5 stars 👍

I have problem witj benz c350e hybrid 2016 wifi not connecting and no audio as they said in the manual i conneted everything if i need my original radio sound bsck need to disconnect everything i turnrd on udb audio no sound wifi asking for reboot how to re boot ot reset 2 more days i try more ig its not possible i will return the item thanks
