PEIQI Women's Quilted Jacket Coat Outwear Puffer Zip-up Stand Collar Padded Jacket with Pockets

For reference I’m 5’4” 130lbs, pear shaped and 34B bra. I ordered this jacket in size small for myself in the dark burgundy color. I am the one in the posted pictures in my review. For my daughter (she is 5’3” 145lbs 34D bra) I ordered size medium in black. The size small fits me well and size medium fits her well. I tried her size medium on, it fit but was a bit loose. If I wanted to layer a lot under the jacket I would have ordered size medium for myself. Size small fits me fine with a thicker sweater under it. Size medium fits her fine with a thicker sweater under it. We can’t fit our bulky hoodies under it though in the current sizes we have, it would be too tight of a squeeze to be comfortable. I debated on marking the jacket “running slightly small” but I do feel it’s fairly true to size. A few things to note: if you have really broad shoulders you may want to consider sizing up 1 size. The sleeves on the jacket fit both my daughter and myself just right, but for a tall person (say 5’8”+) I almost wonder if they would be a bit short. I guess what I’m trying to say is if you are short and petite with narrow shoulders and don’t plan to layer a lot under it, I think your normal size would be fine. If you are taller, have broader shoulders, long arms, large hips, a really long torso or a larger frame maybe size up 1 size. I don’t think it’s necessary to size up multiple sizes, unless you want a really roomy fit. In my daughter’s size medium I have room for a heavy weight hoodie under it and it gives me a lot more room to move. I much prefer the fit of my burgundy size small though because I don’t need to layer under this jacket. We live in the south. Ok now on to the materials and such. The jacket is pretty light weight. It does hold warmth in surprisingly well though somehow. It was recently 40F the other morning (very cold for us lol) and I felt fine with a very thin sweater under this jacket. The zipper works well. I like the pockets and the fact that they have zippers on them. The material does make a little bit of noise when moving around. It doesn’t necessarily feel high end, but it definitely looks cute on. For the price it’s a nice jacket. It doesn't look cheap either. The quality is about comparable to something I would purchase at Burlington, which is fine for my needs. The color burgundy I am really happy with, and my daughter is really happy with the black. The quilting is stitching all looks very nice. I REALLY like the fact that the arm openings are cuffed at the ends by your hands so cold doesn’t get in. I know a lot of people like to layer under their jackets and I know some ladies have big busts and more broad shoulders therefore I would recommend them to size up one size. For me my normal size was fine. If you are looking for something made from outstanding super high quality materials, I would recommend spending a bit more. For those looking for a nice quality jacket for the price I would recommend this jacket. Lately, this is NOT a heavy weight puffer. If you need a heavy puffer, look elsewhere. I would consider this a nice light to mid weight jacket. It looks cute and classy and goes with a lot of different outfits. Hope this helped someone.

Size up

I'm 5'8", weigh 140 and wear 36C. The medium is roomy enough for a light sweater underneath but still flattering (nips in at waist). I bought this to wear to nighttime baseball games (Go Padres; brown color is just right) when temps dip below 60 degrees. It's just a tad tight across my shoulders but probably only noticeable to me. The turned up collar is somewhat annoying -- zipper pokes my chin -- but all other features are perfect (especially for the price) hence the five stars.

Runs really small

Light weight but still warm, not overly puffy which is what I wanted! Love the pockets big enough for keys and phone and kids hot wheels! I haven’t owned a jacket in years because I live in Texas but I now work early in the morning and we’ll it’s been freezing lately… this has been perfect!!!

First, I love this coat. I docked one star for both the fit and the weight. I ordered a small. I'm 4'10" and 105 lbs. The coat fits perfectly in arm and torso length, but I'm unable to zip it up. I can't even get the zipper halves to meet in the front. I rarely zip, so this wasn't the end of the world. The other issue I had was that the coat is described as a light weight jacket. Notice that I call it a coat. For me, this is the equivalent of a light weight winter coat. If it's over 45 outside, I'm just too hot in this. For mild winter or cold spring/fall days, it's absolutely perfect.

This jacket is comfortable, and the tapered cut is real cute on my body type. Unfortunately, after owning it for less than one month and wearing it only occasionally, the stitching is snagged and sticking out in multiple places. I expect by next winter it will look to ratty to wear anywhere but around my yard

Now that its been a but colder I've gotten to wear this coat a few times. Being someone that has longer arms the sleeves are long enough (yay) as I was torn between which size to get. The coat is warm and nice for the fall or spring and I love the maroon color. The only thing in not a fan of is the buttons on the front as I keep thinking they're the pockets (they are on the zippered pockets). If you tend to get cold just know the inside is the same material as the outside (silky feeling) not lined so dress warm. I have a sweat shirt on under the coat in the picture and it still fits great.

Love the colour (I would call it burgundy, rather than red), and it is the exact weight I was hoping it would be for fall weather. Definitely not meant to be a winter coat (for our Canadian winters).

I bought it for my mom and its same as the picture , cloth is nice and design is same as expected. My mom loves it. Worth buying, better quality in such a affordable price. Go buy it.
