Fits good and helps protect against bruising your forearms.

I have to admit that when I first put these on I was disappointed and I was going to send them back. They were long and I didn't think they were worth the price. Well, I wore them today and they are great! I volunteer at a park with donkeys and I need to protect my arms. The donkeys are great, but all I have to do is bump up against something and I have a nasty bruise on my forearm. These Skinguards were comfortable for hours (I came home and planted flowers). It was a very hot day today and they did not add to the issue. They did a great job, no new bruises from any of the work. I ordered a size petite and they are a little bit long ( 5 foot and 120), but with a long sleeved shirt, it wasn't an issue. I got them to wear in the house while I clean, but they do a great job in a more challenging environment. This is a great product and I recommended it.

Would have given it a 5, except the “inside” has seams and elastic that would irritate/damage fragile skin. I wear these “inside-out” to protect my burn damaged skin while not irritating my arm with the stitching and elastic band. Great protection, my skin hasn’t torn or bled since wearing these.

These appear to be well made, sturdy, arm guards. I am 5'10" tall, about 140 pounds and anything but "small" for most purposes - I whitewater kayaked for 25 years and shot a longbow. But these are cut very big - even for a "bigger" athletic female. I suspect the sizing may be aimed at people who are elderly and obese ?? Either way I must return and will try a small. My guess is a really petit person would be out of luck, but the product appeared well made and the return was very easy. Kudos to the company for that.

I tried a couple other brands of forearm protectors and returned them because they were either too scratchy, or kept sliding down my arms. It was also actually difficult to find skin colored protectors, and I skipped over these because they were pricey. But in desperation I decided to order them. So glad I did! They are soft but thick enough to protect my arms from bruises, and they stay in place. I measured my arm to get the correct size and they fit perfectly. Worth the price, and I ordered a second pair.

I moved and just found these which I purchased a year ago. First of all. They are NOT made in the USA. The package label clearly states made in China. They are advertised as having an elastic "gripper". Well they must have forgotten to put it on this pair as it's NOT there. Unfortunately I can't return these because it's been so long since I purchased them. It was a total rip off and waste of $28.00.

Quality product.

Fit was good. Started to see improvement after only a day. Helps to prevent UV sun exposure and does not look out of place when worn in public.
