Not sealed like a new item.
They sent me an unpacked kajal and it broke badly during the delivery getting all over other items. New makeup items are supposed to have a seal but this did not have one. Not only it is unhygienic I’m sure it’s not legal to sell unsealed makeup products internationally. I want to attach pics to show how badly it was shipped but my Amazon app is not letting me. Horrid experience.
