The basket itself is good quality, but the wind fairing at the front arrived warped and I can’t seem to get it in place (a few others suffered from this issue too). Also, the screws that help fit the basket on the roof rails are very, very short so I had to get new longer ones to make sure the basket doesn’t fly off

I purchased this Thule Canyon XT for my MINI JCW to increase its carrying capacity and its been such a worthwhile decision. Superbe galerie en tube acier. Montée sur le toit relevable de mon 4x4. Je l'ai choisie car elle est petite et costaude. Aucun bruit aérodynamique. Montage facile. Des sacs de toit sont facilement inserrables dedant.

5 months in and the roof rack is a permanent fixture on my car. Its aerodynamic design is beautiful (and I get many compliments on it) but more importantly, there is barley any wind noise (and I mean at 130km/h on the highway) and yes, I've had camping gear up there and smooth n sturdy as she goes even on highway. TIP: if anticipating highway travel, avoid having to pile on tall objects, keep the cargo height within or just a few inches off the height of the tray.
