コーヒーの酸化を防ぐ為の密閉容器として、0.75Lを購入。 購入し、すぐにコーヒー専用密閉容器として使用を開始してから本日の写真を撮影まで、約7ヶ月が経過した状態の写真です。 冷蔵庫から出したところので、端が少しだけ曇って結露し始めてますが、ガラス自体は青みや黄みの無い透明感で綺麗です。 パッキンのゴム部分は真っ白というよりはホワイトアイボリー系。 コーヒーは240g入りの物をそのままザザッと入れて、画像の計量スプーンを粉上に乗せて蓋をパチンと閉めて少しだけ余裕がある程度です。 ※画像のコーヒーは240gの粉から既に幾らか飲んだ後なので、粉量は減っています。 画像は大体容器の5.5割程まで粉が入った状態・かつスプーンを入れたままで計測し、容器全体の重さは訳920g。 当方は女性ですが、コーヒーを飲む為に毎回1分以内に冷蔵庫から出し入れをする程度なので、特に苦にはならない重さです。 冷蔵庫の頻繁な開け閉めや外に出している時間が長い等で容器外側が少し結露している時は、片手で適当に掴むと容器自体の重さも相まってたまにツルッと行きそうになりますが、普通に持っている範囲では問題ないです。 粉の上に乗せている計量スプーンは、HARIOの《M-12SV》(すり切りでコーヒー粉が約12g)です。 ジャーの金具部分(※鈍いシルバー)と調和する似た色調の物を選んでいます。 都度取り出して洗って乾かして…をすべきなのかも知れませんが、 私は面倒なので、いつもコーヒー粉の上にポンとしてしまっており、数週間毎に粉を飲み切って入れ替えるタイミングで、容器共に洗って乾かしています。 (※煮沸やがっつりな熱湯消毒は耐久性が不安なので、洗ってから少しだけ冷ました熱湯を長めにかけ、乾かすのみです) スプーンもシンプルな洗練さとノスタルジックな無骨さが程良く混じった良いデザインで、こちらのジャーともフィットしてくれます。 液体を入れた事は無く、肝心の密閉性能に関しては良く分かりませんが…、 ひとまず冷蔵庫の中でコーヒーの香りがした事は一度も無く、瓶に顔を近付けて嗅いでみても香らないので、一応は大丈夫なのかな？とのんびりしています。
