I only tried this once with a dessert where the chef specifically recommended this mold set. The frozen white chocolate mousse was really difficult to remove from the mold. The silicone was too thick and stiff. The pressure it took to remove the apple-shaped dessert ruined the shape. I can’t imagine what food product I could create in the mold that would withstand the effort it took to release it. Don’t plan to use again.
