Is the shoulder strap long enough to wear as cross body bag?Also what is the dimension of the bag?

It is not long as you think it is. It is just enough to hang it on the stroller, but not crossbody. Also, it is not as big it is. Sometimes you will run of the place. Especially when your baby gets older, you might want need some extra spot. I already left this bag behind, cause i need bigger space to put extra clothes, snacks, bottles and so on. I recommend you to get something bigger so you will use it after your baby reaches a year old. Other than that, it is good to use it just for walks in the mornings with your newborn. Because they don’t require much stuff at that time. As they grow they will need more stuff. Of course it is up to you, anyway final decision is yours.

Is this bag compatible with MAM bottles?

Mam bottles are not really any bigger than any other bottle. So I would assume they should fit fine
