CirculonSymmetry Hard Anodized Nonstick Wok/Stir Fry Pan with Lid, 12", Chocolate

I haven’t had to replace this pan for 20 years. A few over heat accidents and time for new.This one appears to be built and designed better. Time will tell.The cover fits nicely. Didn’t get one 20 years back.And both pieces can go into a oven.Price to product value: Great.

This is one of my better purchases. I was worried that it would be some small flimsy thing. Well, it's not! I'm very pleased with this nice, heavy, very large, nonstick wok. The wok that my mother had, had a round bottom so one had to put a ring for the wok to sit in around the burner. I thought it was great. I'd been working on a stir fry recipe that was really liked by my family, but my skillet was overflowing with all the ingredients. Ergo, The Wok. After a lengthy search, I saw this flat bottom wok and hoped that the flat surface would let the sides heat evenly and that I could, not only make my stir fry better, but I could (in theory) use the flat part as a kind of skillet. first thing I did was cook up some sunny side up eggs, just to test out the "non stick" thing, right? When the time came, I shook the wok a few times and dumped the eggs onto a plate with buttered toast (Adam and Eve on a raft) and the eggs came out of the wok perfectly.. and realllly fast!. I almost missed the plate. Gotta work on my aim. Otherwise, this wok is fantastic. And my stir fry is awesome👍.. I would SO recommend this wok to anyone who wants to get their wok on! Very heavy duty. Good thing that it has that helper handle on there, without it it would be very heavy and awkward. Superb!

I've used cookware for years, at home, restaurants, professional cooking environments, cooking SCHOOLS even and this is the best thing I've ever tried. The heat distribution, especially with an induction burner is amazing. Besides that, the nonstick is truly magnificent. I CANT get anything to stick... hell, even my ex wife couldn't get her eggs to stick to this. (Though they'd be burnt to sh*t anyhow) ... its perfect for a steak, toss it into the oven, pull it out and finish off. No sticking, wipe it out with a paper towel and clean it in a jiffy.Stop reading, just buy it.

Excellent product. The helper handle makes it much easier to work with.I have 5 Circulon pans and this one is the best by far.It is heavy enough that it does not move around on the stove top.The lid has a nice centre handle that is heat proof and you can remove the lid without burning your fingers.I had a similar analon pan that worked very well for 20 years which I just replaced with the circulon.It is definitely worth the extra dollars for an excellent pan.

These circulon symmetry pans are excellent. I started out with a couple of their frying pans which were on sale and I keep buying more ... lol I’ve now got a full set of pots and even a couple of their baking pans. They have proven very durable and are still as easy to clean after a year of almost daily use as they were when brand new. Only negative is that the exterior bottoms tend to discolour, personally I don’t mind... I hang them up proudly displaying their marks of experience !
