Color coding Instructions and device don’t match
The colors on the device don’t match the workout colors on the printed workouts. For example, the printed instructions say triceps is green holes. The device shows triceps are the yellow holes. Which is it? If the printed instructions are correct, what happens if I lose them.

Almost There But Arrived With Shortcomings
The non-slip silicone on the handles wasn't silicone - it is a thin cheaply made, rubberized material that doesn't even provide any cushioning. The handles were thinner than expected and didn't provide enough support for the repeated exercise you'd expect. The thin cushioning and handles made using the device uncomfortable to use and greatly reduces its effectiveness. On top of all that, the box came open and the anti-slip mats were missing.
