The carriage seems sturdy but it's very wide, because of that I felt uncomfortable wheeling it around- I would recommend it if you have a big dog, over 18 lbs. it was fairly simply to assemble.

I love this stroller. I bought it for my 5lb yorkie and she loves it! I use the detachable carrier as a car seat so it's fabulous for travel.
