This really works like described. To my surprise after I applied my peel. I started to feel the tingling and then a burning sensation. I left it on for about two minutes and then sprayed this neutralizer over my face. It took about 30 seconds to feel a relieving and calming sensation. But I spread it around with my fingers and rinsed off wi the cold water. This worked wonderfully. I know I could use water and baking soda mixture but this is convenient, cheaply priced and works.

There is nothing wrong with the serum itself. It is working better than any over bought in the past. However This glass bottle with a plastic top was shipped in a single bubble wrap and a paper envelope. The plastic top was damaged and not on completely. Needless to say, about 1/4 of the contents leading into the bubble wrapped portion of the packaging. It should be shipped in a box with padding.

This works exactly as they claim. But their customer service is exceptional too! Our bottle arrived with very little product in it due to leakage. We reached out and had a replacement in days. OUTSTANDING!! The product works and so does the vendor. 5 stars!!
