DeeDee and DanDan's Busy Day Board book – Picture Book, 1 Feb. 2021

My 4 year old has diffculty with saying verbs in sentences. This book was great as it give examples of everyday scenarios which include verbs such as wating, playing climbing for example. This book is aimple and easy to follow and gives examples of questions you can ask. I would definitely recommend this book.

My daughter is 2yr9 and a late talker. This has been very helpful in encouraging words and listening. She likes the familiar scenes and finding objects in the book. Wish we had it earlier.My only mild criticism are the gender stereotypes, boys playing with card while girl plays with doll. However this is probably part of the appeal as many homes run like that.

My 3 years old daughter likes it very much. We can follow a family's everyday actions with lots of photos.I hope we can also read other stories from the family.

Had an issue but this was resolved quickly. Would certainly use this seller again.

Fantastic book for my 2 year old grandson. He loves it. Good for lots of interaction with him.

DeeDee and DanDan is an excellent buy for your little ones. My kids have both loved it, they like the characters and the clearly recognisable activities that the children go through in their busy day.It’s really helped build my son’s confidence with words, as there’s various ways to read through the book without it being an overwhelming spiel of just narrative for him to follow. There’s lots of ways to enjoy the book, depending on how much the kids want to join in. My youngest really enjoys trying to find different things within the different scenes that play out throughout the book aided by the “where is it / what is it” sections.As a parent, it’s super helpful to have a book that you can keep re-reading with the kids and get something different out of it each time. The style of the book has meant we can progress to more complicated activities facilitated by the stories on the pages and really see both the kids starting to understand the concepts and apply it to themselves.I’d really recommend it for parents with children with speech and language delays - but also just in general if you’re trying to help expand your children’s vocabulary in a way that’s useful and practical to every day life.Would really recommend!

Love this book bought it as a recommended book for children in nursery. My son loves to read it and loves that it shows exactly what happens in the day for him and his siblings and is able to recognise everything in the book. Picture quality of the book is fantastic
