Using this Versus Expensive Chew Meds
This does what it should and cost less than monthly chewables for flea and tick. Weāve had no flea problems nor tick issues. I have three pitties and it works just fine for them out here in the country!

It works
My dog got fleas for the first time in 4.5 years of life. I was using something else monthly to prevent fleas and ticks but there must have been a lapse or it didnāt work great. He spends lots of time outdoors. I noticed when he wanted belly rubs there was a flea. Then I saw another on him. Nightmare.I tried a flea bath that was unsuccessful. The next day, I put this on which I got as a preventative- then I read it kills fleas too. It said within 12 hours I think. About 10 hours after it was applied he was really scratching. More than ever. I think his passengers were freaking out.The next day I saw 1 flea but it was obviously struggling. He hasnāt scratched since.Thank goodness because that was so gross. I was desperate and this was a huge relief.

Works
I bought this because my dog was scratching constantly . Even though he was treated in the spring with a prevented flea treatment I saw some tiny black fleas on my dog. The vets office was closed for the week-end so I order it and it arrived the next day. (Good Job Amazon.) I followed the directions to the letter and the scratching stopped. I will be using this brand from now on.

Love the product, no longer trust the subscription
Iāve been using this product for years and Iāve found it to work great. My dogs go everywhere with me and weāve been anywhere from the ocean beaches to hiking in the mountains or out on the town.The problem I had was with the subscription. The order was delayed and by the time I received it it was advantix not advantix II, yes there is a big difference in effectiveness besides the fact that I was charged for the advantix II and received the advantix which is half the price. Amazon is allowing the return, so Iām happy with the resolution just disappointed that it happened and thought Iād share in case it happens to anyone else. Iāll update after the return and refund is final
