This works decently in recipes although we found it helpful to add another tablespoon of water or it can make batters too thick. Purchased during egg shortage and it got us by, even made some omelettes. I’d say there’s a learning curve but overall it gets the job done.

Finally egg white powder that whips to stiff peaks! Thank You God! Tried several other brands that were clumpy and wouldn’t whip up. Also really like that it is made in the US and comes with the inspection number for egg lot. Worth the extra money to get a high quality product that works. I use this powder for my carnivore bread and it was the best batch I’ve had so far - taste and texture is great with this powder and not clumpy at all and no bad smell. After the long journey of trying to find good egg white powder and failing I would highly recommend this one!

Great solution for baking! I bought it to make French macarons and I loved it! No need to deal with real eggs and separate yolk and whites, just add the powder and mix in water - fluffy egg whites are ready! Doesn't have a smeel really, nice texture, great size if you use egg whites fairly often. Didn't notice difference with real egg, just easier to work with and stays fresh way longer. Would buy again!

If you use powdered egg whites for baking, you know how difficult it is to find in a store and you know your need it for those glazes and icings that you want to set and not be runny or melt. These are fantastic and I am here writing a review from a past order because I need more!!
