Chains are not 48”
I specifically paid extra for this product as opposed to a very similar listing that has shorter chains (only the yellow coated portion seen in pictures) because I wanted the full 48” as described in this listing. Lo and behold, when the package arrived today, the trapeze only had the yellow portion of the chains and sits far too high off the ground. This is dangerous and frustrating for both me and my kids who cannot reach the rings without jumping or climbing on a step stool. I would like a replacement product with the correct length chains sent right away.
