Do not purchase the over night. They are more expensive and don't work as well. **Q: Do these pads have "wings" to hold them in place?** A: No, these pads do not have "wings". They have a really good adhesive which holds them in place. I use them all the time, and never have a problem. **Q: Is Poise simply not selling the #3 long length with wings? I can't find them anywhere.** A: They have discontinued them. Highly recommend for those who have more than a dribble problem. These give great coverage. Poise was ranked as the best pad for incontinence. Having just started using these pads, I have to add that I don’t like the pink fabric envelope for disposing of the used pad. It rips badly when opened and is useless for wrapping after.
