No it doesn't come with a storage case.

Yes, I used it to attach utility rails in my pick-up truck.

Q: Are there instructions that are in English on what size drill bits to use for the fasteners?

Take the metric measurement of the drill in mm and divide it by 25.4 (since 1" = 25.4mm exactly!) and you will have the decimal inch measure of the drill bit. For instance, the 1/4" rivnut uses a 9.1mm drill bit. 9.1/25.4 = .358267. That on a Decimal Drill Chart (search it on the net) will be closest to 51/64" (.3580) or 13/16" (3594) if the 51/64 is too tight. Math IS useful!
