This stuff works great for me. It's strong (or else I'm sensitive to it). I can't take a whole capsule at one time. I twist it apart and sprinkle half of the contents in yogurt etc. It lowers my stress levels better than any other supplement I've tried. Too bad it's out of stock a lot. The Now brand on this is Excellent.

I lost my 19 year old daughter 3 years ago. I haven't took meds since 2 years ago, for depression and stress. I feel a huge difference when I take just 1 of these. Some days I take 2. If I stop, everything gets bad again. They just help with the stress and emotions. When I took 2 a day, I also seen a decrease in appetite. I highly recommend these. They do what they claim.

I don't realize how important these are until I run out. A must have for heavy dieting, they help keep your head right for sure. When I was dropping weight and eating strict if I didn't take these I was a raging lunatic.

This product not only helps reduce my stress and anxiety it helps reduce my appetite, in fact, it stopped my cravings for sweets within just a day or two. I had a serious cravings for sweets so I am thrilled to have discovered Relora. Relora also helps me sleep much better!
