I found the inserts very easy to fit and they stay in place. I have had no issues while using them as they are very comfortable. I am using them to correct a shortening of one leg due to an accident so the fact that they are not handed means one pair will service two pairs of shoes. After trying them for a few days I ordered some more so that all of my shoes now have the same comfortably correction. A very useful and affordable product.

Bought for work 70/30 for comfort and height as I'm a shortarse. Unfortunately the left hand side in my boot is disintegrating and leaves a pile of gel after every shift with most of it stuck to my sock weirdly the other wedge is good. . Will use it till Its proper broken but have purchased another similar set of wedges from another company. They haven't started to melt yet.
