I’ve been using this lion’s mane powder for few months now—one scoop in my morning protein shake—so I figured I'd write up a review from the “fits into a busy trainer/coach lifestyle” perspective. What I like: The bag is large (16 oz), and for the price, I think it’s a pretty good value. The flavor/texture is mild—just a faint earthy taste, which works well blended with a smoothie or coffee. I do feel a bit more mental clarity on some days—less brain fog when pacing through client calls and programming. As someone working with moms and busy clients, the “organic, vegan, non-GMO” label is a plus: it aligns with my brand of clean, quality-first wellness. What I’m less impressed by: The effect is subtle. I wouldn’t say I’m dramatically different from before using it—training, nutrition and recovery are still doing the heavy lifting. The label isn’t super transparent on “how much of the key active compounds” you’re getting (e.g., standardized extracts or beta-glucan percentages). That makes it harder to judge how “potent” it really is. Since I coach postpartum moms, I’m very cautious about recommending it broadly; the safety data for certain groups (e.g., breastfeeding) is less robust, so I’d say this is a “nice optional add” rather than a must-have. Final verdict: If you already have your training, nutrition, sleep, and recovery routines in place and are looking for a clean, well-priced functional mushroom powder to support focus or wellness, this is a solid choice. But if you’re expecting it to replace the fundamentals (or to generate rapid, noticeable changes on its own), you’ll probably be disappointed.

The Micro Ingredients Organic Lion's Mane Mushroom Supplement Powder has exceeded my expectations, and I’m thrilled to give it a well-deserved five-star review. This 16-ounce package is packed with high-quality, organic Lion's Mane powder that has become a vital part of my daily routine. One of the first things I noticed is the purity of the product. It’s free from any fillers, additives, or preservatives, which is something I always look for in supplements. Knowing that I’m getting 100% organic Lion's Mane gives me peace of mind, and the quality is evident in the texture and effectiveness of the powder. In terms of benefits, I’ve experienced a noticeable improvement in my mental clarity and focus since I started using this supplement. I add it to my morning coffee or smoothies, and it blends easily without affecting the taste. The subtle, earthy flavor is actually quite pleasant, and it’s a simple way to incorporate the health benefits of Lion's Mane into my diet. The packaging is also well-designed, with a resealable bag that keeps the powder fresh for longer. The 16-ounce size is generous and lasts a good amount of time, making it a great value for the price. Overall, the Micro Ingredients Organic Lion's Mane Mushroom Supplement Powder is a top-notch product. It’s pure, effective, and easy to incorporate into daily life. Whether you’re looking to boost cognitive function or just want to add a powerful adaptogen to your diet, this Lion's Mane powder is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it! Five stars!

I mix it in water with magnesium and drink it. Not as tasty as the fresh version, but palatable and less rugged than most medicinal mushrooms. My memory gets fuzzy if I don't take it for a few days, so it definitely supports brain health.

This powder is reasonable priced and seems to tick all the right boxes. However, I learned after ordering that when it says it contains the mycelium, it probably contains a fair amount of rice hulls which is the growing medium rather than the mushroom. I wish I had ordered the pure mushroom powder. I cooked this into a soup to see how much powder I would have to put in, and how it would taste. I can say it wasn't particularly mushroom flavored, and took a lot of powder. I had some questions for the company that produces it and wanted more information about testing, so tried to chase them down. My memory is that the address is the same as a Chinese import warehouse in the US. No one answers the phone. Google street view shows nothing that looks like an office or business and no business signs at that address. A import distribution business owned by the same person did answer the phone, but wanted me to give them more information about my order number before they would answer questions. I decided I didn't really care, and never followed up. I looked into the research lion's mane mushrooms and neuron growth, and you would have to eat several times your body weight a doctor quipped, to get the amount the mice were getting in the research. Further, I seem to remember it was extracted in ways the home cook is not equipped to replicate. How much of this supplement might be an effective dose, and to do what, is unclear. I looked at all the studies, and decided it was fairly unlikely this would help my dog's neurological condition in her relatively limited remaining lifetime. I am eating more mushrooms generally, and have hope for this research, but may just be adding this supplement to other dishes where I want more mushrooms. If it helps forestall dementia, or builds neurons, great! If I were using it as a supplement, I would be likely to use more than the recommended dose. I was giving it to the dog every day for a short time, and she ate it poured over or mixed into food without complaint. It has been a while since I looked into the research on this mushroom, as well as the company. If you are interested in these issues I hope you do your own research as I did not look up my notes for all the specifics before doing this review.

I am using it for my dog. To see if it will improve his lumps. He definitely does seem to have more energy, and more playful. He's almost 11 yrs young. It's only been about 2 weeks. We will see, and I definitely believe in any natural over Big pharma.... We don't need pills to treat symptoms, we NEED CURES.....And OUR BODIES WANT TO THRIVE... Thank you
