Doesn't say it is gluten free, but only two ingredients added. does anyoe know for sure?

how quickly does this product bring iron levels to optimum levels, pls an answer from someone not getting free product, these reviews seem bogus?

I have been using this product for at least two years (and only saw this week that they offer free product). I can say that it seems to work rather quickly. I double up on these iron supplements a week before I go in to donate blood (iron levels have prevented me in the past), and I am always always able to donate (it used to be 50/50).
