Review: LITERALLY WORKS SO WELL. - Review with updates from notes app: 1 week and the most recent one. Jan 28 I was worried af about the taste after reading all the reviews 💀 turns out it tastes almost like nothing. The pills at most literally tastes like wheat. The coating of the capsules do NOT taste nasty or weird at all, I literally licked it and it tastes at most like oat or rice flour. You don’t taste it at all when you do swallow it fast with water tho. This is such a good bottle, it’s has 320 caps in there and for only $13 is a steal 😆 So an update: I literally only took 2 pulled yesterday since the day is ending and haven’t room any today, I checked how I smelled. I don’t stink at all, I can’t really smell maple syrup my my armpits slightly have this sweet smell??? Like only a small hint of it?!? I only took 2 pills and that’s the result I got. I even sniffed myself down there to check and it’s NOT my usual smell either, it’s slightly sweet but not entirely maple syrup. The instructions said to take 2 pills 3 times a day so 6, I only took a third of that. I’m probably just gonna take 4 everyday instead of 6 cuz this is some strong stuff, you get your results the literally next day 😭 plus these induce periods or make them come faster so I’m having some cramps rn and idk what’s going on. **Q: Does fenugreek help your breast grow**
A: YES, THIS WILL INCREASE your breast size, even if you are not nursing! Mine went up a full cup size with 3 capsules 3 times a day.  I stopped for 6 days after about 3 months of taking these and they THEN RETURNED TO THE SMALLER CUP THAT I previously had! So to maintain the larger size I have to keep taking these. I have also lost 70 lbs taking these too, so you have to keep an eye on that if you are already a normal weight, but I can say that my Dr's have given me a Woo Hoo! for the weight loss and that is without even trying to do anything differently because it will curb your appetite and raise your metabolism. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to watch their weight, wants to increase the size of their breasts, lower their cholesterol or blood sugar or lessen joint pain! It has done all of these things for me and I am soooo much happier for it.

**Q: Did anyone use this for milk production even though it says not for use of nursing ?**
A: I have nursed 9 kids... Currently still nursing number 9...Whenever I needed to boost my supply I take these. Like more than it says - three capsules three times a day. Boom. Boosted milk.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Noticeable increase in my breastmilk supply in less than a week!

I have a freezer stash now! This stuff is incredible. I’ve tried so many supplements, vitamins, lactation snacks, etc and nothing really worked for me. This is the only thing that supported and actually helped increase my breastmilk supply! I know Fenugreek can upset some people’s stomachs, hence also hurting their babies stomach through the breast milk, so I gradually added it to my routine. I did 1x at nighttime for 2 days, then 1x in the morning and 1x at nighttime for 2 days, then adding another before bed for 2 days, ending at 2x in the morning and 2x at night. Have had no tummy problems for me or my baby! Before, my daytime pumps were usually 2-4oz and nighttime pumps were 6-7oz. Now, my daytime pumps are 4-6oz and my nighttime pumps are 8-12oz! It’s insane! I even stopped taking these for two days just to see if there was a difference and there was a very noticeable decrease in my supply. Relatively easy to swallow. The taste is a little strong at first, but I think that’s just how those vegan capsules smell/taste. Overall, I will definitely be continuing this in my routine and will likely continue throughout my breastfeeding journey!
