Utopia Kitchen 7 Inches Cleaver Knife Chopper Butcher Knife Stainless Steel for Home Kitchen and Restaurant

I really like this knife. I use it to cut through chicken thighs mostly. Good weight and sturdy as of its use, and sharp.

I didn't want to spend too much because it's not something I'll use often, so I searched Amazon for the cheapest one. The reviews looked pretty good, so I took a chance and I'm very happy I did! On 1st use, was able to cut up a turkey with ease. My wife got a 9lbs bird from Costco's and I didn't feel like spending 4hrs cooking in the oven, so I wanted to see if I could pressure cook it. It didn't fit well and I used this cleaver and it worked beautifully. Was able to chop through an uncooked turkey and barely fit our pressure cooker. After an hour of cooking it was done. The next time I'll use this cleaver will probably be to de-husk a coconut and I'm sure it will work like a charm! Don't hesitate to but this! It's a really nice cleaver, very sharp, the 7" one has a nice weight to it and it feels nice in my hands. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat!
