What is the breakdown of the pieces included in the set?

11 long round logs (7.5 inches) , 19 flat long logs (7.5 inches), 12 flat (4 inch) logs, 43 round (4 inch) logs and 209 ONE INCH logs. 8 flat green logs (7.5inches), 10 flat green logs (4 inch), 3 (1.5 X 4.5) flat green and 5 (1.5 X 7.5) flat green pieces. Also 1 chimney and 6 roof pieces. All very lightweight and stinky and not at all like the original Lincoln Logs (but what toys from our youth or our children's youth are the same quality?).

I want to mail this overseas to grandkids but am wondering what the size of the container? Approx weight would be nice also but size is most important

This is fairly sizable, I would say like a medium trash can (larger than the trash in the bathroom, smaller than my tall kitchen trash). It is not that full, interestingly... about 1/3 full. So, to be specific, I'd say about 2 feet tall and 18" in diameter. The other thing I'll add is that my son, who really gets into things, is not that into it. He prefers his lego and playing with his wooden trains. That said, as a kid, I played with these a fair amount.

Does the bucket come full? Or would there be room to fit additional logs so we can use as a storage case?

All of the logs are in bags inside the bucket when it arrives. There is room for some additional logs but I'm not sure how many pieces you could actually fit in the bucket.

Only 11 long logs and over 200 one inch logs? Is this correct?

This is correct. The long logs are 8 inches, and there are 49 medium logs. We love them. I also bought used pieces on ebay for 11 inch logs.
