The Vintage Rolex Field Guide: A survival manual for the adventure that is vintage Rolex

Poor value for money.
This has lots of interesting data in, if data is what you want, but its more for the person who wants to be an avid collector as opposed to someone just looking to educate themselves a little before a purchase. That aside, it's in black and white and has spelling mistakes in it - it's a £20 book (max), should really be more like £10 / £15, no way on earth is it any value at all for £45!

Fashion v. Movements
Rather disappointing as “vintage” begins about 1960 - and he has only patchy data on calibers. I realise Rolex don’t actually make or assemble movements - they’re more about marketing and style. But a watch, for me, is more than a fashion statement.

Essential for every Rolex fan! Extensive details we need to know.
Excellent book for anyone interested in Rolex. Well worth the money for me. Sure there are a few spelling mistakes but so what the detailed content is first class and very useful indeed.
