Which gi size should I get?

Sanabul gis are built different. We use a different size chart than most other brands so please make sure you double check our size guide. Our gis tend to run bigger than most brands but again, please double check your height and weight

Does the Essential gi come with a free belt?

A belt is not included in the packaging but you can get a free Sanabul belt of ANY COLOR during your purchase. Add your desired Sanabul belt (standard belt not vintage) to your cart before checking out. Detailed instructions are in the listing images

How do I wash my Sanabul Jiu Jitsu gi?

Short answer, if it fits perfectly, then cold wash and hang dry. If it's slightly big, you can wash in cold water and dry on low heat. Please check out our fitting guide in the listing images

Is the Sanabul Essential Jiu-Jitsu gi IBJJF approved?

Yes! The newest upgraded version of the white, royal blue (not navy blue), and black color ways are IBJJF approved. They meet the requirements for 380 gsm fabric jacket, single color pants and are made using 100% cotton

What do I do if I'm in between sizes?

We recommend going with the next size up because you can always shrink the gi one size down by washing it in hot water and drying with heat. Please double check instructions and size guide in the images and description
