I bought these to give out to my team when they hit milestones with their metrics each month or when I run a special contest for a specific program. Its not much, but its a little something to let them know how much I appreciate their efforts & that I notice their hard work. The texture is good, put you cant use just any pen on them because they almost have a waxy type finish to them. I found it best to use a fine tip sharpie marker or a regular sharpie. I also love that these are only half sheets since our agents have to have all papers in plastic sleeves, I can get 2 of these in one sleeve. Lastly, I love that it leaves lines open for you to write anything you want on it so I don't have to try to find multiple award certificates & I can personalize each one. Great buy & I would highly recommend these for anyone from a supervisor in a call center to those who home school.
