No suelo tomar la toma entera ya que suelo entrenar de noche y soy una persona que consume café regularmente. Pero me da energía suficiente para ir al gimnasio, especialmente si voy cansado después del trabajo. No me da un super punch de energía, pero saco la rutina sin problema.
