Club A1000 - Mono amplifier (1000w X 1) amplifier with Remote Level Control

This amp is better than advertised, but be mindful that is 1000 watts at both 1 and 2 ohm, 500 at 4 ohms. With this in mind, I wanted to try and use the 12 inch JBL bandpass sub and box with this amp. It did little in my trailblazer as there's too much space, so no bass reflex that bandpass subs need. I tried to return the sub, but due to the magnet, I had to ship UPS. Since amazone shipped it in the OEM box, and it was destroyed by the time I got it, UPS refused to ship stating I needed the original box. Ok, so I booked this amp up to two JL Audio 12W6 v3 at 2 ohms in a sealed box and it gives me a great thump when the music thumps, and a great boom when the music booms. For the money, you can't go wrong. You're actually getting more than 1000 watts. My only caveat is once you get to a certain volume, the amp will not get louder. Basically, it's not going to just use more power and lose efficiency like other Class D amps, so if your subs are rated to accept higher RMS power, you may want to skip this, or get two. When out side by side with my Rockford Fosgate T1500, it keeps up, up to the aforementioned limit. That being said, one huge thing I noticed is I was adjusting the bass much less with this JBL amp than I have with the Fosgate. It just seems to know what the track intended to sound like from a bass perspective. In this, it's a win, hands down. If you have a car and 12s in the trunk, you will really be in for a treat. Just make sure your mids and tweets are up to par and amplified perportionately. If you do that you'll have some of the best sound out there.

Fit perfect under the rear seat of my Silverado and is a perfect addition to the jbl subwoofer, highly recommend.

Combined with jbl door speakers, bass speakers and in tweeters and its maximized my experience with quality and sound in my ford f350

Was sent an opened box, sound quality is clear and crisp but not worth what is being charged for the unit. Can get same results or better for 1/2 of the cost

I had the 600W version of this amp previously, and was waiting for this 1000W version to be on sale. Caught it at just the right time. I LOVE JBL amps. I've tried several competitors, and this, as well as the 600W version, are absolutely excellent. Even without a fancy clipping indicator, very easy to setup (by ear). I gave my 600W amp to my son, and he loves it. Highly recommended.

I’ve had my jbl amp for a month now and when I turn on my car my stereo still turns on but my power light is t on and now sound from subs are going idk if a fuse blown or because it got too damn hot from the temperature and is shut down because the temp or what it didn’t go into protect mode . It just didn’t turn on
