Better than OEM
Replace my OEM rear pads on my civic type r 2019. I feel the deference. I recommend this over oem.

Type R
Perfect rear pad replacement for a Type R. Super quiet and fits perfect. Of course you need the little ecu tool to disengage the parking brake fully or man handle it, whatever your path to it these are the right breaks for the type r.I will say after installing the front akebono and these rear pads my rotors started having the "squeal" from time to time. Like rotor squeal not breaking squeal. It shows all signs of the infamous Type R rock issue in the rock shield but it only started happening for me after switching to aftermarket pads. Just something to note about these.

Best aftermarket pads for my Honda
These pads bed almost immediately. No noise. Breaking is smooth and not grabby. No brake dust. Akebono really knows how to make pads. A great step up from Honda's OEM.

Perfect fit for 10th gen Honda Civic, Lots of Brake Dust
Performance is amazing, and braking is silent, but expect lots of brake dust! I’m sure these will not last as long as OEM, and I’ll probably switch back to Honda brand.Visually, almost identical to the Honda OEM pads, with direct fit onto the brackets, and installation was smooth.
