Been ordering from them. I am a large in shirts and needed xlarge. So size up. Also. FYI. IMO. The sleeved shirts fit best. Very snug and comfortable

So I normally wear large tee shirts however, chose to purchase the medium size as I wanted the ultimate compression. Currently, I had lost weight from 185lbs to 168 lbs and still progressing; skin due to age doesn't seem to flex back to normal and I needed support in those flabby areas around the stomach and man boobs. At first, the medium size was waaaay too small, but after I put the shirt on, it was quite comfortable for about 8 to 10 hrs. I don't recommend wearing longer than 10hrs for circulation issues as the arm holes are pretty tight.All in all, a great purchase at a reasonable price.

I've struggled with lower back pain for years. Keeping in mind everyone is different, the benefits I enjoy others may not. For me wearing one of these shirts has reduced my lower back pain 75%! I find them difficult to put on but reducing my back is very much worth the effort!

I knew it was a compression shirt, so I expected it to be form-fitting, but I felt like it was a straight jacket in Houdini's magic act trying to get it on or off. They suggested that large would be the best fit for me. That seemed reasonable since I usually wear a large and, in fact, a large is usually a little loose on me. Honestly, I'm not sure that an extra-large would have been any better. On top of that, it really didn't change my shape at all. Sent it back within an hour of opening the package.

Il y a pas assez de fermeté , mais en fin on le gard .

Presque impossible à mettre, et une fois en place, comprime tout, épaule, torse, cou, bras mais pas le ventre. Complètement inutile.
