Is the Brazilian flag detail printed on both sides?

Yes. We have ours hanging on the wall, but it does have grommets for a flag pole.

Does it have the correct words? Ordem E Progresso?

No!! Mine did not. And I let them know I was extremely disappointed and insulted in my review last year. The flag I ordered only had the word "PROGRESSO" on it. There was room for the "ORDEM E" but the area where it should appear was simply blank. Very frustrated. I would have returned but for a five dollar flag, wasn't worth the time really. It was for my daughters room and she didn't care. Lol. Other than that, it is a decent flag. I would hope that they are not sending loads of them out that way and that maybe the one I received was just a defective one. Good luck.
