Effective but sugared
I tried it, it is very effective but contain sugar.. it tastes like candy but sugared

Disappointing This Time
The first time I bought these, they were great. The second time, I had exactly the same experience as Ali A: the seal was broken, there was a strange smell and a strange taste. Unfortunately, they went into the bin. I bought them around the same time as Ali A (end of July). So I think there must have been a problem with that batch.

Donโt take too many! Really good product!
Really good product, helps me drift off to sleep easier. Be careful not to take too many as waking up can be difficult. But overall does what it says on the tin. Bosh.

Not that good experience
I tried to take two gummies and it did not work well and makes you not feeling well when you wake up. Then I took one gummy and it slightly help but when you wake up, you will have a bad headache that continue the whole day.

Very very good
Honestly, between multiple brands I have used. This one seems to be the top, I actually have a good night sleep after taking two gummies, they are also gummies so yeey. I definitely recommend this! FYI to get the 5mg you need to take two as per the serving guide on the bottle.

Efficient for a good night sleep
These gummies help to induce sleep and you will wake up thoroughly rested. The taste is good but I find that they smell too strong of strawberry which might bother the person next to you. Reason for four stars. Other than that, it is a good product that does what is advertised.

If You Want Strawberry Gummies, Go for Haribo โ It's Cheaper and Better!
I was really disappointed with this product. It didn't work at all for me, and I feel like it was a waste of money. The packaging claims you can take up to three, which I now understand because it doesn't do much of anything. The only positive aspect is the taste, which is similar to eating Haribo gummies. Unfortunately, thatโs not enough to make up for the lack of effectiveness.
