Veramente interessante. Non conoscevo l'esistenza di questo tipo di prodotto. Fin'ora ho sempre preso il magnesio come integratore, provandoli tutti, ma senza grandi risultati. Questo viene assimilato veramente. Lo uso contro i crampi a piedi e polpacci e per la prima volta finalmente me ne sono liberata. Felicissima. Riacquisterò il formato più grande!!!

Excellent product and easy to use. I spray the sole of my feet before going to bed and put on some bed socks and job done! It was recommended to me by my Fibromyalgia Specialist as part of my programme to improve my health and to get my body to work properly again (Fibro got progressively worse so that I had to walk with a stick and found it more and more difficult to walk even with a stick especially by the end of this winter) and it seems to be working - I have more flexibility in my muscles and the flare-ups are not so intense)! So very happy with it. I would recommend its purity and ability to make a change. I have suffered with RLS many years now. It hits me in the evening when I sit down to read or watch TV, typically much worse when I am tired. The other scenario is a long haul flight, which is nothing short of torture. Now all I need to do is grab the bottle and spray 2-3 times on each foot and rub the oil in and I can sit down with no agitation in my legs at all. The good thing too is after using this for 8 nights in a row its only made a small dent in the amount left, so its not like you will get through a bottle quickly and need to restock within just a few weeks!
