I am a 5'11 280lbs person and the large fits very well. Before I buy this, I've read the reviews and I am glad that I tried this. The reviews are legit. I am planning to use this for my workouts and also for my everyday use. FYI, I bought 2 and I got another one for free. So I also bought one for my wife and she loved it. Product doesn't feel cheap. It's very comfy underneath and velcro sits well.Overall, I'm glad I bought this product and for $22, your money is well spent.

This ab belt covers more of your ab area than a lot of others so is perfect for the male physique. It fits well around the waist although the size I bought is a bit too big ( I'm a 36 waist ) you can overlap it and it still remains tight and doesn't shift during vigorous exercise . I use it during my boxing training and after 1-2 hours of intensive training the sweat in that area literally streams off after taking the belt off. I have lost about 5 pounds since using it. A very good product but you must combine exercise with a sensible diet to get the most out of it.

This is a great product, usually the typical waist trimmer belt will slip down when you sweat but not theTNt Pro!I am have used different waist trimmer belts over the years but this one takes the cake, it's very comfortable and the fit is perfect.Some waist trimmer is a one size fit all but only covers half the target are, someone with a waist that small really don't need a trimmer belt.This waist trimmer was designed to cover the entire target area and in my opinion it's the gold standard for waist trimmer belts.Also it is a great value, I mean you get a lot of bang for your buck and it's ver durable.This is the only wais trimmer I will use and I cannot imagine any other product to even come close to rivaling this product.Thanks TNT'
