With most vitamins / supplements its is difficult to notice any results or effects. I will say this is one of the few I have noticed. I have been taking this for about 5 months now, and it has absolutely improved my resistance to getting sick. My girlfriend has had 3 bad colds in the past 6 months, and I have for the most part resisted 2 out of the 3. The one I did end up catching I would attribute mostly to sleep deprivation, but I can say it was much less severe than what my girlfriend had. It would be great if it was in that $9 -$10 range, but it's still a good value. I don't usually review products unless I feel strongly in one way or another, so I will quote the great Ron Swanson... "Son, you should know my recommendation is essentially a guarantee"

I take all kinds of immune boosters like Vitamin C, D3, Zinc, Elderberry, Echinacea, Quercetin, etc, but this one by far seems to be the most effective. This has become part of my daily regimen because I feel have a healthy sense of wellbeing.

Japanese studies show a 17% reduction in prostate and testicular cancers for men when taking reishi, maitake, and shitake mushrooms. That is nearly 20%. If you have a high PSA, lose weight and take a supplement like this. I lost 40 pounds, took this, and dropped my PSA by one-third. I am sorry but I just don't want some doc using a 12-inch needle to put up my rear end to do a prostate biopsy. Seriously, is that all American docs can do? If I had some land I would grow shitake and maitake. You can cook with those. Reishi you can get cheap and isn't culinary anyways. Reishi are hard as rocks and usable as a powder for medicine. After three months of taking this supplement, saw palmetto, stinging nettle root, and Chinese Wu Zi Yan Zong my PSA dropped from 17 to 11. In over ten years I have not been able to budge my PSA. Lose some weight and take some mushroom supplements and your urinary and reproductive systems will thank you!
