My kid's favorite
We love this book. It's my oldest kid's favorite baby book. We read it so much, he knows it by heart. As it is a boardbook, this is the shortened version of this story. The longer version is just too long without contributing anything special to the story. We have both and much prefer this one. The colorful imagery and the rhymes are very attractive to toddlers and preschoolers. I even gift it anytime someone I know is having a baby. Along with the boardbooks for There's A Woket In My Pocket and Mr. Brown Can Moo, I highly recommend it.

Too many made up words
Not my favorite suess book. There were too many made up words and it was frustrating my 2 year old because he wanted to know what something was and when I told him the made up seuss name he'd get upset because that wasn't a thing.Mr. Brown can moo is one of his favorites.

Smaller than expected
Pay attention to the size ... this is not the book pictured. It is a mini book. Still a good book though.

Geared more toward young children
It's Dr. Seuss so it has to be a great book, right? It is cute but nothing like the "Oh, the places you'll go" book. It says it's good for all ages and for graduates from kindergarten to college but I disagree. I think it's more for very small children. I bought it for a high school graduate but now wish I'd bought her the other one. This one doesn't have many pages either, sadly but I'll find someone to gift it to.

Grad Gift!
I picked this up for two graduation gifts, one for kindergarten and one for college. It's perfectly appropriate for both. A great book.
