Thank you!** A: there are many sources out there saying WHITE is the real unrefined or that YELLOW is, the truth is that out there, there is both yellow and ivory(white) shea butter that are 100 percent raw/organic/unrefined (REAL) it just matters if it came from the east or west part of africa, i think its from the west it is yellow and from the east it is the whiter color, the reason for this is because of the nut that its came from differs in color depending on what part of africa. With that said you can still have a fake product that isnt 100 percent unrefined or truly real shea butter even if its the color you think it should be. Although I honestly believe this product is legit, and one of the few real ones on amazon. **Q: How does this come packaged? I'm okay with some melting...but don't want it melted out of the package on the front porch.** A: Mine arrived today totally liquified.
