There are 2 cages, very light and works well with Camelbak Podium Chill water bottles.

Camelbak podium chill 21oz will it fit?

Podium is what I have in this nifty cage and it fits perfectly! Light and durable! I will purchase these again for my second bike 👍🏻👍🏻

does this come with carbon bolts or aluminum?

I don't specifically recall the mounting screws, which means there were typical steel, perhaps chrome'd. I doubt they were aluminum, and I'm certain there were not carbon fiber.
