A: They are stick-on, and there are enough to change the hours. I would just stick the new times over the old.

**Q: What are the dimensions of the numbers**
A: The number stickers are 15/16ths wide and 11/16th tall. The numbers themselves are 1/2" tall, and of varying widths.
