Used for sure and not 120hz refresh
The packaging for the legs was already opened and wrong screws were given and it looked used to a sharp eye (scratches at bottom, even though the TV had plastic stickers like you get when new). It's listed as a 120hz TV, if u check lg's websites for specifications, you will find it is not 120hz, but 50hz.
